Government sanctioned psychological operations includes: organized stalking, community harassment, workplace mobbing, character assassination, illegal surveillance & electronic harassment. Homeland Security is essentially a sham. Many good but unwitting people are being duped into fighting an imaginary war on terror. The real war occurring, not only in America but globally, is against people who aren't stupid enough to buy the crap being sold by the Nazis running the US Government.
It really should be called the War on Truth. Let's start with 9-11. Jet fuel, which is basically kerosene, cannot, does not and never will produce the heat required to melt steel and bring down buildings. Afghanistan and Iraq had nothing to do with 9-11. We overthrew that evil dictator Saddam and the Taliban why? So that we could shove our democracy down the throats of Iraqi and Afghan people? Our Military has butchered far more innocent people than Saddam & the Taliban ever could have. And the poor people who rise up to fight against our unwarranted occupation, who dare attempt to stand up for their beliefs are branded as insurgents & terrorists then justifiably and swiftly destroyed. Why?!
(For all of you idiots who actually believe our government cares about the lives of people ask yourself why haven't we ever had a war on starvation?) For people living in the great USA, the land of the free, who are for one reason or another deemed undesirable can expect to be dealt with via a system of "Active Denial". It's essentially murder without leaving a mark or a crime scene. Acquaint yourself with the term, plausibly deniable.
Thanks to "creative" community policing efforts we have half-wit volunteers (and there are many!) from organizations like Citizen Corps., V.I.P.S., etc., that patrol the streets looking for "terrorists" and anything or anyone suspicious. What they are actually doing is stalking & harassing individuals that have been targeted by someone in the chain of command.
DOD, DOJ, FBI, HS along with state and local police departments, is actively promoting an illegal system of harassment against individuals who:
- Look or act suspicious
- Dissent
- Are logical thinkers that don't believe false flag ops like 9-11
- Are unwanted liabilities of obsolete technology/experiments
- Offend the wrong person
- Are selected for psychological war games based on their profile
- etc., etc.
Blacklist - A list of persons or organizations under suspicion, or considered untrustworthy, disloyal, etc., esp one compiled by a government or an organization.
Blackball - To exclude (someone) from a group, profession, etc.; ostracize
When someone you know is going through a difficult period in their life, (ex: loss of a loved one, loss of a job, etc.) you can usually empathize with that person. However, when someone's life is being derailed via a system of active denial, you cannot possibly empathize. That is the nature of the program.

"Gentlemen! We have called you together to inform you that we are going to overthrow the United States government." So begins a statement being delivered by Gen. Carl W. Steiner. At least the voice sounds amazingly like him. But it is not Steiner. It is the result of voice "morphing" technology developed at the Los Alamos National Laboratory in New Mexico. Psychological operations ... PSYOPS, as the military calls it, seek to exploit human vulnerabilities in enemy governments, militaries and populations to pursue national and battlefield objectives. Covert operators kicked around the idea of creating a computer-faked videotape of Saddam Hussein crying or showing other such manly weaknesses, or in some sexually compromising situation. The nascent plan was for the tapes to be flooded into Iraq and the Arab world. The tape war never proceeded...but the "strategic" PSYOPS scheming didn't die. What if the U.S. projected a holographic image of Allah floating over Baghdad urging the Iraqi people and Army to rise up against Saddam? According to a military physicist given the task of looking into the hologram idea, the feasibility had been established of projecting large, three-dimensional objects that appeared to float in the air. A super secret program was established in 1994 to pursue the very technology for PSYOPS application. The "Holographic Projector" is described in a classified Air Force document as a system to "project information power from space ... for special operations deception missions."
